Who doesn’t love a good smoothie?! I want to share with you my typical recipe I use and then you can take this basic recipe and add your own flare.
As you can see in the slideshow below, I like to get in as many fruits and greens as I can into my shake as a way to sneak them in there. I start with an almond milk base. Next I add in my protein – I prefer the Complete Vanilla or Dutch Chocolate. For this shake I used kiwi, banana, and blueberries. You can add in any fruit that you like. Bananas help to smooth out the texture of the shake, in my opinion. I add a handful of spinach, and press play.
- 1-1.5 C Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Complete Protein
- 2 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 1 C frozen blueberries
- 1 C Spinach
Combine All ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
